Are we getting excited yet.. Weeks are turning in days, days becoming hours and we are right around the corner..
I seem to be getting A LOT of emails from people who don’t have their tickets.
1st, EVENT BRIGHT assured me that everyone who has not got their tickets via email, WILL get them the week of the show.
2nd If you deleted or lost the email you can log onto the Event Bright account you created when you made your purchase and download your ticket from there.
If you made multiple purchases for your friends. You will get 1 email with all the tickets. Be sure you are printing off all the tickets and not the same one over and over even though that is kinda tough to do the people at Event Bright told me it has been done. You can then hand them out to your friends. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ONLY PRINT THEM OUT 1 TIME. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS for peoples who are already checked in because they printed off more than 1 of their tickets and sent their friends in before them.. Another thing the folks at Event Bright said is possible and happens often. I told them not in Minnesota and especially Bella fans. We are all as honest as they come aren’t we.
One last piece of business to discuss.. The all elusive Schedule. I know most of your don’t like that we don’t post the schedule before the event. AND for a VERY GOOD reason.. We are constantly making changes. Even today I had to move sets around to accommodate for touring acts I would hate for you guys to plan your weekend around the wrong lineup of bands.
NOW. I do believe we have a final stage lineup and the times are set. Once I make it official I will share it with you all..

There are still plenty of VOLUNTEER spots left. Please sign up now. We need all the help we can get to make this happen.
For everyone who purchased tickets and HAVE NOT received your PDF attachment. HAVE NO FEAR. They will get emailed to you the week of Bella. If not EVERY ONE has their purchases in the system and NO ONE will get left behind.
Event Bright is a VERY reputable company that has designed their system with you in mind.
ALSO, when you purchased your tickets you created an account on EVENT BRIGHT. You can go back onto their website, log onto your account and print your tickets at any time.
Once you are scanned in your bar code will be deleted from the system right away.
BEWARE OF TICKETS BEING SOLD IN THE LOT. IT WOULD BE VERY EASY FOR SOMEONE TO TAKE THEIR RECEIPT OUT TO THE LINE AND SELL THEM AS A TICKET. IF WE SCAN YOUR BAR CODE AND IT SHOWS THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN SCANNED IN, YOU WILL NOT GET A WRISTBAND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
This very reason is why it is very important you only print off 1 copy of your ticket..

OK Bella Fanatics,
-Time is ticking down, Months are turning into weeks, snow is melting and FESTI DI BELLA MENTE (BEAUTIFUL MIND) is right around the corner..
When you purchased your tickets, there was a PDF. attached to the confirmation email you got.
That is your ticket(s). PLEASE print that off. Be sure to ONLY print them off one time. Once a ticket is scanned in. weather it is in your name or not, that bar code will NO LONGER be valid.
-If you purchased tickets for your friends and don’t plan to arrive with them. Print off ONLY 1 COPY from the PDF you recieved and give it to them. let them know that it is only good for 1 scan in exchange for 1 wristband. After that is is worthless. If they make a copy, give it to someone else, and show up after them. They will not get in. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.
-AGAIN. Only 1 wristband for every bar code will be exchanged. We WILL not issue a wristband to anyone with out a valid bar code. EVEN IF IT IS IN YOUR NAME.
Printing 2 tickets off and sending your friend in 1st WILL NOT WORK..
-We address the food issue and brought back the food vendors. Mostly all of which are new to the park. You will thoroughly ENJOY this lineup a amazing kitchens coming your way this year.
ATTENTION, PLEASE READ:
– WARNING to all in the Winona area, There were tickets stolen from the vendor that was selling them. Be VERY careful buying tickets from anyone. They have been deleted from the system.
If you purchased one of these stolen tickets, when we scan it in, it will be invalid. We will not be offering refunds on these tickets. Chances are you will be stopped at the gate for questioning and legal reprimand will be sought out. Please Be VERY careful if your buying hard copy tickets. Be sure they are coming from a reputable source..
